How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once processed, orders are released for shipment.

How long will delivery take?

Transit time after shipment typically ranges from 3–6 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days, including order processing and carrier transit time.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on product location, delivery destination, and delivery type (commercial address, residential address, or freight terminal pickup).

All shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Can you ship to a residential address?

Yes. Residential deliveries may incur additional carrier fees depending on location and carrier requirements.

What is “Pick up at your nearest freight terminal”?

If you do not have a commercial delivery address, shipment to a nearby freight carrier terminal may be available. This option is intended to help reduce residential delivery fees.

Freight terminal pickup is optional and will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Can I pick up the tires from your warehouse?

Inventory is stored at authorized fulfillment facilities. Warehouse pickup may be available for certain orders by appointment only.

Pickup availability must be confirmed in advance before processing the order.

Pick up hours are 10 am - 4pm (local time)

Things to bring for pick up: 

  • Pick up / Order confirmation email
  • Valid Driver's License

The payment has to be processed and completed prior to pick up at any of our locations. The warehouses do not handle any payment.

*Pickup is available by appointment for confirmed orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Cancellation and return terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on eligible, unused, and unmounted tires within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including restocking fees and return procedures.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

How will I receive tracking information?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
