Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability. Once processed, orders are released for shipment through the selected carrier.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Due to the size and weight of many products, most tires are shipped via LTL freight, while some smaller orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.

Transit time typically ranges from 3–6 business days depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method.

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days, including order processing and carrier transit time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on product location, delivery destination, carrier rates, and delivery type (commercial address, residential address, or freight terminal pickup).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout via real-time freight carriers.

Please contact us if additional freight coordination or shipping assistance is needed.

Residential Deliveries

Residential LTL deliveries may incur additional carrier fees (typically around $130 depending on carrier and location) and may require additional transit time.

To reduce delays and extra charges, shipping to a commercial address is recommended whenever possible.

Freight Terminal Pickup

For customers without a commercial delivery address, shipment to the nearest freight terminal may be available.

Freight terminal pickup is an optional shipping alternative intended to help reduce residential delivery fees and delays. Terminal pickup availability will be confirmed before shipment is processed.

Warehouse Pickup

Inventory availability varies between fulfillment locations. Customers interested in warehouse pickup should contact us in advance to confirm availability and pickup arrangements.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If an order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once a shipment has been released to the carrier, changes are no longer possible.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided by email.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage or discrepancies should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

Standard online orders are limited to delivery within the United States.

International shipping may be available for select orders upon request and is handled separately outside of our standard checkout process. Duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
