Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns on unmounted tires within 14 calendar days of delivery. All returned tires must be brand-new, unused, and unmounted. Tires that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return.

Refunds are issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective product).


Misplaced Order

If your order was placed in error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, a 5% cancellation processing fee will be applied to the total order amount after payment has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return terms below.


How to Start a Return

Before initiating a return, please contact us first. All return requests require advance authorization due to freight coordination requirements. Walk-in returns are not accepted without prior approval.

Return Processing 

Most products are fulfilled through authorized distribution facilities within the United States, including our Pennsylvania fulfillment facility.

Because many orders ship via LTL freight, all returns must be reviewed and approved in advance so that we can provide the appropriate return shipping instructions.

Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided in writing.


After Your Return Is Approved

For Warehouse Pick-Up Orders

You may return the tires directly to the authorized return facility or arrange freight shipment. We can coordinate LTL return freight service (fees apply), or you may arrange your own carrier.

For Orders Shipped by Us

We will provide freight return coordination instructions. A return label or Bill of Lading (BOL) will be issued if using our arranged freight service.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Properly palletizing tires for LTL freight pick-up
  • Ensuring availability at the scheduled pick-up time and location

Returning freight to the nearest freight terminal may reduce overall return shipping costs where applicable.


Refund Amount

For Orders Already Shipped

Approved refunds will be issued minus:

  • All outbound freight charges (including orders that originally qualified for free shipping)
  • 10% restocking fee (applies to non-defective returns only)
  • Return freight costs if using our coordinated return service

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately before installation. The product must not be mounted prior to reporting the issue.

Defective or incorrect items approved for return will not be subject to a restocking fee.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Mounted or used tires cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain replacement products, submit a return request and place a new order after approval.


Return Processing Time and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of inspection
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 additional business days for funds to appear in your account
