Delivery address - commercial or residential? If the delivery address is residential, would you be open to arranging a pickup from a nearby commercial address? Our representative will get in touch with you to discuss and agree on a convenient location, thus avoiding any additional surcharges imposed by freight companies for residential deliveries.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?– Some tires will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. The majority of the tires we sell will be shipped via LTL due to their size and weight.
– If shipped via ground service, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days after the order has been picked up by the carrier.
– If shipped via LTL, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days after the order has been picked up by the carrier. * Transit times may vary based on carrier schedule and location.

What is the Best Shipping Method for Me?

LTL – Business With Dock or Forklift: Ships via LTL freight to a commercial address with truck access. A dock or forklift is required for unloading. This is the most cost-effective LTL shipping option.

LTL - Residential Address: Ships via LTL freight to a house, apartment, or limited-access location. A liftgate will be used to unload at residential addresses. Most LTL carriers add a minimum $135+ residential surcharge and group residential stops together, which can delay delivery by 1–2 business days. These fees will be included in your final shipping cost.

Pick up at your nearest freight terminal: If you don’t have a commercial address, you can pick up your order at a nearby freight terminal. Select this option, and we’ll find the closest terminal and confirm the pickup address we can ship before shipping.

Can a Home Business Be Considered a Commercial Address?- Not for the carriers. Home businesses in residential areas are classified as residential addresses by freight carriers. Order that ships via LTL freight to a home business address requires liftgate service and will be charged residential delivery fees and liftgate service.. Unless they’re small size tires, they will be shipped by ground service instead.

Can I go picking up? Yes, some tires are available to pick up at the warehouse but not all the tires are available to pick up.
